This tender has been advertised in the Government Tender Bulletin and main Sunday newspapers.  This eTender serves as additional advertising of the tender and also makes the tender document available to interested services providers.

When printing the tender document, please do so as follows:

1)	Print the tender cover page.
2)	Print the tender document together with the technical evaluation criteria.
3)	Print the tender briefing notes and use this as an additional guide to identify specific key issues in the preparation of your tender submission.  Bring these notes along with you to the tender briefing session.

Evaluation criteria as contained in the tender document as well as the criteria provided for through the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and in particular the 90/10 scoring principle as provided for in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 will apply in the adjudication of this tender.
