Delivery timeframes are critical and MUST be adhered to!

A supplier's registration status shall apply as it was at the time and date of the closing of the tender.  Only approved suppliers may be considered! Provisionally approved bidders are, therefore, encouraged to ensure that their registration has been concluded successfully by complying to all required matters timeously!

The Electoral Commission will not accept bids for any goods/services that are not in line with acceptable market related prices for similar goods/services that are available.  The Electoral Commission shall give consideration to alternative procurement options in such instances to ensure cost effective procurement processes.

No contract will be awarded to any bidder who is not registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) or who’s tax affairs are not in order.

Invoicing for goods or services procured shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions and stipulations of the South African tax laws.  Only valid tax invoices shall be acceptable.  Only VAT registered vendors may charge VAT.

Service providers must please note that this tender requires the submission of a written proposal.  This submission must be prepared and submitted as provided for in the tender specifications.  Failure to submit the required written submission and completed compulsory pricing schedule by the due date and time shall invalidate your bid.
